The decisions of lawmakers in Carson City impact every family and business in Nevada, but most citizens have no access to the conversations that take place in the capital and directly affect their lives.

TweetNevada aims to change that. By gathering lawmakers' Twitter comments at one website, TweetNevada allows citizens to easily follow the thoughts and discussions of those who make state policy.

Citizens can also join in the conversation by adding the hashtag #nvleg to their tweets. Tweets that contain #nvleg appear in the right-hand column and provide a real-time look at the conversation surrounding legislative activities.
